The best way to reach us for anything is by email at [email protected]. A real person reads every message. We usually reply within two business days, and often sooner.
It helps if you tell us which account you use (the email you signed up with), what you were trying to do, and — if something went wrong — what you saw instead. For anything visual, a screenshot is worth a thousand words.
Who operates the service
Nucleic Lyrics is operated by Nucleus, an independent software studio based in Türkiye. Nucleus is the data controller for your account and content; our Privacy Policy explains what that means and what rights you have.
Payments for paid plans are processed by Polar as the Merchant of Record. Questions about a charge or a receipt can come to us and we will help, but the payment itself and its invoices are handled through Polar.

Whatever it is, [email protected] reaches us. A few common reasons people write:
- Support — something is not working, or you are not sure how a feature is meant to behave.
- Feedback and ideas — a change to the reader, a feature you wish existed, or a rough edge that annoyed you. This genuinely shapes what we build next.
- Account and billing — help with your plan, an upgrade or cancellation, or a question about a charge.

Response times
We are a small team, so we do not run a 24/7 phone line — but we do read and answer email properly rather than with canned replies. Expect a response within two business days; complex issues may take a little longer while we look into them, and we will keep you posted if they do.
